You can find us also by Ski Bus. And it is not just any bus, it’s a Lammintupa Bus! 

Using Ski Bus is inexpensive and easy. The Ski Bus timetable is coordinated with the start times of our activities.

Only 8 km from Ruka and 28 km from Kuusamo. When coming by car, be sure to follow the signposts, the navigator may give incorrect instructions for the last leg of the journey!

From Rukajärventie road turn to the direction Tahkolanrannantie road. Follow Tahkolanrannantie road for 4.5 km and then turn left to Lammintuvantie road. When you arrive at a T-junction, turn right and continue until you arrive at our parking lot. 

Lammintupa is a popular place for a break along a cross-country ski trail suitable for the whole family! We are located along the Vuosseli trail, about halfway when starting from Ruka. The trail goes through our yard, and in winter you can see our ski racks getting full already in the morning.

Not eager to ski? You can also get here on foot or by fat bike! The walking route from Ruka Valley via Uuttusuo to Lammintupa is approx. 5 km long. The guided route is opened at the end of December. After snowfall, we always try to open the route as soon as possible, and if you have doubts about the snow situation, you can give us a call.
